Most popular alcoholic beverages

Although fewer adults are drinking alcoholic beverages (see the article (www.whitehutchinson.com/ news/ lenews/ 2025/ september/ article102.shtml#article) in this issue), for adults who do drink, beer remains the most popular, followed by liquor.

Popularity differs by age. Beer remains the most popular choice among young and middle-aged adults, but for those aged 55 and over, wine is the most preferred alcoholic beverage.
