Working on site evaluation for an indoor family entertainment center in this Middle East country.

Meridian, Idaho, USA FEC
Developing designs and financial projections for a 55,000 square foot indoor expansion of the Boondocks Fun Center (www.boondocksfuncenter.com/ public/ meridian/ ) that will include bowling and a family pizza buffet restaurant.

Midwest, USA play café
Developing designs for a stay-at-home mom play café.

Gig Harbor, Washington, USA bowling-based FEC
Working on financial feasibility and developing preliminary designs for a bowling-based FEC that will be an anchor tenant for a new lifestyle shopping center.

Astana & Uralsk, Kazakhstan
Conducting financial feasibility and developing preliminary designs for a family buffet-entertainment center and a multi-level FEC.

Midwest, USA
Developing concepts and designs for a multi-venue eatertainment and entertainment concept to anchor shopping centers.

Lafayette, Louisiana USA
Completing renovation plans for the Kart Ranch (www.kartranch.com/ ) FEC that will include a new preschool children's play area with seating to attract the stay-at-home moms market during the weekday.

Upper Midwest, USA
Working on site selection and concept design for a combination play café, children's enrichment center and children's dance studio.

Lake Station-Gary, Indiana, USA
Doing construction punch list for the 22,600 square foot BellaBoo's children's play & discovery (edutainment) center we designed and produced that is expected to open in late 2008.
