This week I'm heading to a farm in Western Pennsylvania that wants to become an agritourism farm. We've been conducting research on all the agritourism competition in their potential market area and analyzing market area demographics and socio-economics. It's amazing how many types of agritourism there are. We've identified several types where our client would have minimal competition so they could stand out as unique.
